The Teacup Relay!

The Teacup Relay.. a backwards party game.

Who works together best?!

......................................................................................

Objective: Fill the teapot first! Yes the teapot... everything else is crazy backwards in Alice in Wonderland so why not tea time too!

Items Needed for this Alice in Wonderland Party GameTea or water, a teapot, teacup and saucer for each team. (Version 02 requires glue and ponchos)

Game Play: Another possibly Messy Game! Break into teams of two or more for a race to fill the teapot! Each team will be given a teacup and saucer along with a teapot. The teapot will be placed on a table a distance (ex: 20 feet) away from the starting point. Break guests into teams of 3 or more.

There are TWO ways this game may be played.

Version 01: At game start the first player from each team will take their tea cup and saucer and have another team mate fill with tea (or water). Once full the player will race to the tea pot and pour the tea into the pot. The goal is to be the first team to fill the pot. Sounds easy right? NO silly! Players are only allowed to use one hand to carry the teacup and saucer to the tea pot. Their other hand must stay behind their back at all times. If they move their hand from behind their back they must go all the way back to the start line. If their teacup falls off the saucer they must go back to start line. The first team to fill their tea pot wins!

Version 02: This is where it can get messy... (ponchos will help keep guests from getting to dirty!) before the party starts you will need to glue securely each teacup to its respective saucer. As game play begins it's all the same as version one except instead of using one hand to carry the saucer to the teapot... players must now balance the teacup and saucer on top of their head!!!!

They must make it to the teapot without using their hands! If the tea cup drops players will have to rush back to the start line and refill their cups and begin again! The first team to fill their teapot wins!
